Matiz Manhattan

My wife and I stayed for a week. I had business stuff during the day, and my wife walked around town. It was great for both of those things - easy for me to Uber to meetings anywhere in the city, and a great neighborhood for my wife to walk around and explore. The front-desk staff were great, always very cheerful and helpful. 24h self-serve minimart in the lobby is very convenient. Our room was a suite with living room, bedroom, bath, small kitchenette, and a big walk-in closet. Price was very reasonable and we highly recommend it.

The room was actually a small apartment, very suitable for a vacation. It was clean, it has a sitting area, it has a lot of space for storage, the small kitchenette was very useful. Breakfast is served in the building next door and it has a nice variety of fresh fruits, besides some cheese, ham and local dishes. The location is safe as far as I've noticed (I wasn't walking out after midnight). Some good restaurants are nearby, a grocery shop is at 5 mins walk. Paulista Avenue is at 5-6 mins walk. The staff is very nice even though they have difficulties to speak English (at least, those I interacted with). Oh, and they have an Espresso machine in the lobby. You may have a very good espresso, for free, any time. I found the hotel to be a very convenient and comfortable place to stay when visiting Sao Paulo. Very recommended!

The location is good in Jardim de Paulista. A lot of restaurants around and seems safe. The hotel serving as residences as well has an aged public which makes it quiet but a little aged too. Entry is strictly after 3pm despite my arrival at 9am. The wifi is correct but nothing on TV but Brazilian Channels The apartment is large but aged as well. The neighbourhood is noisy and it hears so in the room Correct breakfast

Location, cleanliness of room, friendliness of staff

The app. has both a living and bedroom and a kitchen corner as an useful addition for a long stay. The breakfast (incl. mango) is great!
